شاھدان عینی در منطقه به خبرنگاران محلی گفتند: عامل انتحاری در این انفجار برخی از شبه نظامیان در منطقه قبیله ای را مورد ھدف قرار داد.

بر اساس این گزارش، برخی از شبه نظامیان محلی نیز در میان جانباختگان و زخمی ھای این حادثه به چشم می خورند.

تیم ھای امدادی با حضور در محل حادثه، اجساد قربانیان و زخمی ھا را به مراكز درمانی شھر خار منتقل كردند.

مقامات و نیروھای امنیتی با كنترل محل حادثه و منطقه مورد نظر، مقررات منع رفت و آمد را برای بررسی حادثه و انجام عملیات امدادی وضع كردند.

منابع خبری محلی در پاكستان افزودند: چھار نفر از نیروھای امنیتی محلی در شھر خار نیز در میان قربانیان حادثه امروز وجود دارند.
